Acuerdos en materia de alimentos. Los Centros incluirán en su reglamento, la necesidad de consignar en las actas, cuando se celebren acuerdos sobre alimentos, las consecuencias previstas en la Ley 2097 de 2021.

Parágrafo

En los casos que se presente mora a la que hace referencia la Ley 2097 de 2021 y cuando la obligación haya quedado comprendida en un acta de conciliación celebrada en un centro de conciliación, el acreedor podrá seguir el procedimiento establecido en el parágrafo 4°, del artículo 3° de la misma Ley.
