La Persona O Empresa Que Entran En Vigencia Del Presente Decreto Tenga Instalaciones Telefónicas De Servicio Privado, Estará Obligada A Pedir La Renovación De La Licencia Del Término De Un Año A Partir De La Publicación Del Decreto En El << Diario Oficial, >> A Efecto De Ajustarla A Las Disposiciones Aquí Consignadas

La persona o empresa que entran en vigencia del presente Decreto tenga instalaciones telefónicas de servicio privado, estará obligada a pedir la renovación de la licencia del término de un año a partir de la publicación del Decreto en el << Diario Oficial, >> a efecto de ajustarla a las disposiciones aquí consignadas.

Parágrafo

Vencido el término señalado, las personas o entidades remisas sufrirán una multa hasta de $ 100 y se les obligará a demostrar las instalaciones de líneas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
