El ejercicio del cargo de miembro de la Comisión Asesora de Relaciones Exteriores es incompatible con la representación, agencia o asesoría de entidades de Derecho Público, de entidades internacionales y extranjeras, de personas de cualquier nacionalidad, cuando tales entidades o personas tengan intereses que se relacionen con asuntos que sean de la competencia de la Comisión.
