º . Convocatoria, inscripciones y notificación. A más tardar el 15 de febrero de 2000 la Superintendencia de Sociedades publicará, en dos diarios de circulación nacional, avisos en los cuales se dé cuenta de la apertura de las inscripciones para promotores. La decisión correspondiente a las solicitudes de inscripción será notificada por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, en la oficina en la cual se recibió la respectiva solicitud.
