Demanda, traslado, contestación, exenciones previas y audiencia. Presentada la demanda, se dará aplicación a lo previsto en los Capítulos I y II del Título VII del Libro Segundo. El término del traslado al demandado será de diez días. Igualmente se dará aplicación al inciso segundo del artículo 398, salvo disposición en contrario.
