Artículo decimotercero . Para ser Gerente de la Imprenta Nacional se requiere ser experto en la dirección industrial, financiera y comercial de empresas en general, o tener la calidad suficiente, a juicio del Ministro de Gobierno, para desempeñar un cargo de esa naturaleza, y su nombramiento lo hará el Gobierno Nacional.
