USO DE LISTA DE ELEGIBLES. Una vez provistos los empleos objeto del concurso, la lista de elegibles tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años, contado a partir de la firmeza de dicha lista. Siempre y cuando la convocatoria así lo prevea, la lista de elegibles podrá ser utilizada en estricto orden descendente para proveer única y exclusivamente las vacantes que pudieren presentarse en los empleos que fueron ofertados como consecuencia del retiro del servicio del titular.
