Los recursos a que hace referencia el inciso segundo del artículo 83 de la Ley 715 de 2001, asignados a los resguardos indígenas que no estén ubicados en jurisdicción municipal, sino en una de las divisiones administrativas departamentales contempladas en el Decreto 2274 de 1991, serán administrados por el gobernador del respectivo departamento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el citado artículo.
