Expedido el decreto sobre posesión efectiva, si se presentan otro u otros herederos, se extiende también a su favor dicho decreto, si presentan la prueba de sus títulos o calidad. Esta solicitud se decreta de plano por el Juez, pero si éste no encuentra suficiente la prueba, o alguna de las partes hace objeciones, el punto se resuelve mediante una articulación.
