De conformidad con la regla 5° del artículo 9° de la Ley 51 de 1989, la Comisión Nacional de Energía fijará, para efectos fiscales y cambiarios, los precios de exportación, y el Ministerio de Minas y Energía continuará señalando el precio en boca de mina para ese mineral destinado al mercado interno y externo según se establece en el numeral 3° del artículo 216 del Código de Minas.
