Artículo único. Créase con el carácter de supernumerario en la Sección de Encomiendas Postales del Exterior en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el puesto de Guarda, con la asignación mensual de $ 40, y nómbrase para dicho puesto al señor Jesús María Flórez, quien está prestando sus servicios desde el día 15 de noviembre del corriente año. Comuníquese y publíquese.
