De los efectos del encargo. El encargo no interrumpe el tiempo para efectos de antigüedad en el empleo del cual se es titular, ni afecta la situación de funcionario de carrera administrativa a quien se le otorgue. El empleado encardado tendrá derecho a recibir la remuneración básica señalada para el empleo o el desempeño tiempo límite, siempre que dicha remuneración no sea percibida por el titular.
