La resoluciones de la Junta se adoptaran por mayoría de votos. En caso de desacuerdo entre los miembros de la Junta, el que disienta de lo resuelto por la mayoría firmara también la resolución adoptada y salvara sus votos a continuación de ella, con expresión de los motivos en que funde el salvamente. El que salvare su voto quedara exento de toda responsabilidad por razón de la resolución adoptada. CAPITULO IV Del Secretario y del Cajero Contador
