Defensor del Contribuyente y del Usuario Aduanero. El Defensor del Contribuyente y del Usuario Aduanero se rige por lo dispuesto en el artículo 31 del Decreto-ley 1071 de 1999 y contará con los Defensores del Contribuyente y del Usuario Aduanero Delegados, previstos en la planta de personal de la DIAN, quienes ejercerán las funciones de acuerdo con la jurisdicción y competencia que les delegue el Defensor del Contribuyente y del Usuario Aduanero.
