Diploma. La Medalla Militar “BICENTENARIO DE LOS INGENIEROS MILITARES” del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, va acompañada de un diploma credencial, el cual se elaborará en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca con medidas de 35 cm de largo, por 25 cm de ancho. En la parte superior izquierda se exhibirá el anverso de la medalla y en la parte superior derecha el reverso de la misma, igualmente lleva el escudo del Comando General en marca de agua en la parte superior y en el centro, en la parte inferior llevará las firmas del Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y del Jefe de Estado Mayor Conjunto de las FF.MM., con la siguiente leyenda:
