Los bonos de deuda externa a que se refiere el artículo 9º, podrán ser sustituidos a voluntad del tenedor, en cualquier momento durante su vigencia, por títulos canjeables por certificados de cambio, cuyo vencimiento y condiciones financieras sean iguales a los señalados para los bonos objeto de intervención.
