El Servicio Nacional de Pruebas del ICFES, informará a cada validante sobre los resultados de su examen y le expedirá el certificado respectivo. Los certificados de aprobación que expida el ICFES, habilitan para continuar validando a través del Servicio Nacional de Pruebas, o para la promoción al grado correspondiente en instituciones educativas oficiales o privadas.
