Las ordenanzas y demás actos de las Asambleas Departamentales serán acusables por violación de la Constitución, la ley o el reglamento ejecutivo.

Los decretos, resoluciones y otros actos de los Gobernadores son acusables por los mismos motivos y, además, por violación de las ordenanzas.

Por las mismas causas y también por violación de los decretos y reglamentos de los Gobernadores serán acusables los actos de carácter particular de las autoridades, funcionarios o personas administrativas del orden departamental.
