Artículo noveno. El transportador de ganado o sus productos, con destino distinto a la exportación, está en la obligación de exhibir a las autoridades que se lo exijan el original de la guía de tránsito y de movilización y de entregarla a los funcionarios del lugar de destino indicado en el artículo 16 de del presente Decreto.
