Art. 163. La prórroga de la jurisdicción se refiere siempre á negocios determinados, de que conocerían el Tribunal ó Juzgado á quienes la ley ha atribuido el conocimiento de la clase de asuntos á que dichos negocios determinados pertenecen, y que por circunstancias especiales caen bajo la jurisdicción de un Tribunal ó Juzgado distintos.
