El Director General de Aeronáutica Civil podrá suspender o retirar definitivamente las matriculas, licencias, permisos y autorizaciones de cualquier clase que se hubieren concedido por la misma Dirección a quienes resulten responsables de infracciones o cuando las necesidades del servicio o conveniencias de la Aeronáutica Civil lo hagan necesario.
