Registro especial de prestadores de servicios de salud . Es la base de datos de las Entidades Departamentales y Distritales de Salud, en la cual se efectúa el registro de los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud que se encuentren habilitados y es consolidada por parte del Ministerio de la Protección Social. De conformidad con lo señalado por el artículo 56 de la Ley 715 de 2001, las Entidades Departamentales y Distritales de Salud realizarán el proceso de inscripción en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud.
