Del procedimiento sancionatorio . Para la aplicación de las medidas preventivas, de seguridad y de las sanciones, se aplicará al procedimiento establecido para los alimentos, en la Ley 09 de 1979, y en su Decreto reglamentario número 2333 de 1982 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
