Sesiones ordinaria y extraordinaria . la Junta Directiva deberá reunirse, ordinariamente y por derecho propio, una vez por semana, y extraordinariamente, cuantas veces fuere convocada por el Presidente de la Junta o por el Gerente General.

Parágrafo

A las reuniones de la Junta podrán asistir el Gerente General, los Gerentes de los Departamentos, y el Auditor, con voz pero sin voto.
