Las controversias que suscite la aplicación de las normas que dicte el Gobierno, con base en las presentes facultades extraordinarias, entre patronos y trabajadores, o entre éstos y el organismo encargado de cumplir los objetivos de que trata el artículo primero de esta Ley, serán de competencia de la justicia del trabajo.
