LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.5.2.4.2.Vinculación de catastros. Las personas prestadoras de la actividad de recolección y transporte de residuos no aprovechables deberán vincular el catastro de usuarios a partir de la base de usuarios entregado por las personas prestadoras de la actividad de aprovechamiento. La vinculación deberá realizarse con la dirección y la cuenta contrato o número único de identificación del usuario, de tal forma que el trámite de las Peticiones, Quejas y Recursos (PQR) se realice a partir de la cuenta contrato.
