Parágrafo 1

La Junta Directiva adoptará las modificaciones a la estructura que considere pertinentes para el cabal desarrollo de sus funciones.

Parágrafo 2

La Junta Directiva definirá las Direcciones Regionales, su jurisdicción y sede, de acuerdo con los planes y programas que establezca.
