La presente ley entrará a regir a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las demás disposiciones legales que le sean contrarias. La Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía, dispondrá de un plazo no superior a seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, para implementar las disposiciones relacionadas en el presente articulado.
