El secuestro se levantará:

1ºPor el hecho de otorgarse el inventario solemne, en cuanto comprenda los objetos secuestrados;

2º Por el otorgamiento de caución por algún interesado, para asegurar el pago de los perjuicios que se sigan por el levantamiento del secuestro; y

3º Por el hecho de que quien pidió el secuestro no preste, en el término de cinco días, caución de pagar los perjuicios que pueda causar el secuestro.
