Para fijar el precio de exportación del petróleo crudo y del gas natural para fines fiscales y cambiarios, la comisión tendrá en cuenta el nivel internacional de precios. La Comisión señalará dicho precio dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la expiración de la vigencia fiscal correspondiente.
