Comisión de estudios . El Gobierno Nacional podrá destinar en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de la Policía Nacional a los Oficiales o Suboficiales en servicio activo, preferencialmente a aquellos que habiendo adquirido incapacidad física para la actividad policial, sean aprovechables para continuar en servicio.
