Corresponde al Ministerio de Salud - División de Vigilancia de Instituciones y Profesiones o dependencia que haga sus veces y a las direcciones seccionales y locales del sistema de salud, llevar el registro especial de las personas naturales o jurídicas privadas que presten servicios de salud, de acuerdo con el reglamento que expida, el Ministerio de Salud.
