Las personas y establecimientos de comercio afiliados al sistema de tarjetas, deberán informar a los establecimientos de crédito emisores de tarjetas débito y/o crédito, el impuesto correspondiente a operaciones gravadas, que se anulen, rescindan, o resuelvan durante el mes, dentro del mes siguiente a la realización de las rescisiones o anulaciones.
