Por el Departamento Norte de Santander se harán efectivos los derechos que esta entidad ha venido cobrando por los ganados gordos que se introduzcan a dicho Departamento, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que éste tiene establecida. Las autoridades respectivas comunicarán a la Aduana todos los datos estadísticos relacionados con dicha importación.
