El profesorado de la escuela estará integrado por profesores civiles y profesores militares. Tanto los unos como los otros serán calificados anualmente por la Dirección de la Escuela, sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos. Copia de estas calificaciones se enviarán al Ministerio de Guerra, por conducto regular. Las correspondientes a los profesores militares se agregarán a su hoja de vida.
