Los peones o jornales colombianos que salgan del país a trabajar en naciones fronterizas, deben ir provistos de pasaportes corrientes, individuales, expedidos en debida forma, aunque hagan parte de grupos o cuadrillas. Tales pasaportes se expedirán gratuitamente; sólo servirán para viajar a un determinado país fronterizo, y no tendrán una validez mayor que la de los contratos de trabajo, que los interesados deben presentar a las autoridades respectivas para obtener esta clase de pasaportes.
