º. El artículo 80 del Decreto-ley 1250 de 1970 quedará así:

"El Gobierno Nacional, por medio de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro establecerá paulatinamente el nuevo sistema de registro inmobiliario que deberá quedar implantado plenamente antes del 31 de diciembre de 1974.
