Informado por el Secretario que se ha cumplido la fijación en lista, se ordenará la práctica de las pruebas que se hubieren solicitado, para lo cual se señalará un término que no será inferior a diez días ni superior a treinta. Este término se contará desde el día siguiente al en que quede notificado el auto que lo señala.
