El que sea nombrado Senador o Representante, que no manifieste oportunamente su no aceptación, se entiende que acepta, y es obligado a concurrir a las sesiones ordinarias y extraordinarias, a menos que se excuse ante el Gobernador del Departamento, si la Cámara no está reunida, o ante ésta, si lo está.
