ARTICULO 26. COMISIONES PARA ATENDER INVITACIONES . Las comisiones para atender invitaciones de gobiernos extranjeros, organismos internacionales o entidades particulares, sólo podrán ser aceptadas previa autorización del Ministro de Defensa Nacional o de quien éste delegue y conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes e instrucciones que imparta el Gobierno Nacional.
