La presente ley tiene por objeto modificar las disposiciones de la Ley 1801 de 2016 con el fin de prohibir el uso de animales para disuadir manifestaciones, motines y asonadas, teniendo en cuenta las normas y obligaciones vigentes en materia de protección y bienestar animal.
