El auxilio para gastos de sepelio de los periodistas profesionales pensionados, será cubierto a quien haya hecho el gasto, por la respectiva Caja de Previsión, organismo de seguridad social o patrono que pague la pensión respectiva, en cuantía hasta tres mil pesos ($ 3.000.00) moneda corriente, con la sola presentación de la partida civil de defunción y los comprobantes respectivos de haberse verificado tal gasto.
