Art. 3.° La autorización de las listas de revista tendrá lugar en el acto que ésta se verifique. El Oficial mayor presentará en el mismo dia al Secretario de Guerra i Marina, con las indicaciones que estime convenientes, un ejemplar de dichas listas, el cual se conservará en el archivo de la sección 1.ª
