Procedimiento para determinar el desaparecimiento de la incapacidad. El médico jefe de medicina laboral, teniendo en cuenta el informe a que se refiere el artículo anterior y demás antecedentes clínicos debe determinar mediante acta médica el desaparecimiento de la incapacidad comunicando los resultados a la División de Personal de la Policía Nacional.
