º Con fundamento en el Programa de Supresión de Cargos establecido mediante Decreto número 2093 de 1993 para los Distritos de Obras Públicas durante el año de 1994, el Instituto Nacional de Vías, suprimirá los cargos allí previstos sujetos a las disposiciones laborales transitorias señaladas en el título IX del Decreto 2171 de 1992.
