La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer la Política de Estado para el Desarrollo Integral de la Infancia y Adolescencia, la cual sienta las bases conceptuales, técnicas, financieras y de gestión para, de manera progresiva garantizar la atención integral de niñas, niños y adolescentes entre los seis (6) y los dieciocho (18) años en el marco del desarrollo integral.
