Si durante el tiempo de vigencia de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento, ocurren cambios en el grado de complejidad del laboratorio, para el cual fue concedida dicha licencia, se deberá informar con anterioridad a la ocurrencia en un plazo no mayor de sesenta (60) días calendario, a la entidad que expidió la licencia.
