º . Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 4665 de 2005 el cual quedará así: "Artículo 3º. Vigencia de la autorización . La autorización como importador de materias textiles y sus manufacturas y calzado y sus partes tendrá vigencia de un (1) año y regirá una vez quede ejecutoriado el acto administrativo que contiene la autorización".
