El Gobierno Nacional, mediante resolución ejecutiva, escogerá el representante de los bancos vinculados al Ministerio de Agricultura, cuidando que una misma entidad no lleve la representación durante dos períodos consecutivos. El período del representante de los bancos del sector agropecuario será de dos años.
