El procedimiento gubernativo de que trata el Código Contencioso Administrativo es aplicable a las providencias que dicte el Consejo Nacional Profesional de Economía, en cuanto a medios y formalidades para su notificación y ejecutoria. Tales providencias no son susceptibles del recurso de apelación pero podrán acusarse ante la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
